Take it easy |

I like watching a TV program OTONANO-KISO-EIGO (Basic English for grown-ups).
The atmosphere is very warm and fun.
The skit is also fun.
The story is exciting.
The main character Mika is now in Malaysia.
She was down because she thought she had nothing; no job, no boyfrind, no future plan,
and so on.
One day a tour guide took her to a nature park.
There are trees, birds, a scary bridge, and lots of natural beauty.
He said to her "You should learn to take it easy."
After she came back to the city, she looked more relaxed than before.
She said to her friend Jasmin
"I am learning to take it easy."
Jasmin replied
"Yeah, you sometimes need to take it easy."
While watching I felt the same way.
"I should also learn to take it easy.
Yeah, I sometimes need to take it easy."
Probably my stress is much bigger than Mika's,
but her story made me feel somehow relaxed.
I am stuck with stress;
Mom's illness, my eye disease, and so on.
I cannot change the situation.
Thus,
the only thing I can do is to change my way of thinking.
"Take it easy!"
